Jordan Hamm - Director of Sales, Senior Employee Benefit Consultant
Jordan joins the Affiliated Services team with 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning his career as a group representative for a national carrier and then transitioning to an independent employee benefit consultant, advising company executives on healthcare strategy and solutions.
Jordan’s experience gives him a unique set of skills and knowledge that couples with his consultative approach to help him develop successful employee benefit strategies and structures. Jordan brings extensive experience to the AAOA Healthcare team in the areas of self-funded plans, fully funded plans, as well as life and disability products.
Throughout his career, Jordan has worked with customers ranging from small groups with 2 employees, to large groups with over 100,000 employees. Due to the range in business size, Jordan has experienced just about every benefit strategy for employers, large and small. His preference is to work with companies that have fewer than 500 employees because of the more personal interaction with the staff and management of the company that he encounters during his consultative meetings.

Before beginning his career in healthcare as an intern with Aetna, Jordan studied Finance at Western Washington University.
Jordan enjoys the outdoors, live music, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family .
