The management team at Affiliated Services LLC brings a wealth of experience to our clients. The team combines extensive experience in employee benefits with advanced experience in human resources and the integrated focus to innovation and technology. Each management team member has been selected based upon their demonstrated leadership and proven track record of performance in their respective fields.

 

Patrick Chestnut - President & CEO
Patrick Chestnut serves as the President & CEO and is the founder of Affiliated Services LLC. In his current role Chestnut is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and growth strategies of the company. Prior to founding Affiliated Services Chestnut spent over 20 years in consulting and advisory roles working with health plans, hospitals, clinics and associations in the healthcare industry. Chestnut has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Westmont College in Santa Barbara.

 

 

Cary Johnson - Vice President Administration
Cary Johnson is a founding partner of Affiliated Services LLC and serves as Vice President Administration. Johnson manages the award winning Platinum Service Team, customer service unit, and is responsible for eligibility and administration. Johnson earned her Professional Human Resource Certificate (PHR) during a twenty year history serving as a Human Resource Manager and Benefit Specialist. Her career also includes a background in teaching. Johnson is a University of Washington graduate and has a Masters in Education from Seattle University.

 

Jordan Hamm - Director of Sales
Jordan joins the AAOA Healthcare team with 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning his career as a group representative for a national carrier and then transitioning to an independent employee benefit consultant, advising company executives on healthcare strategy and solutions.

 

 

 

 

Silas Flores - Director of Account Service
Silas has a unique blend of more than 15 years of experience and knowledge from inside the health insurance industry. This unique experience provides clients valuable viewpoints into how to navigate the operations, regulations, claims and benefit development of this complex healthcare system. With this advanced understanding, Silas has the ability to provide important advice and counsel as clients develop high quality employee benefit approaches to meet the needs of their business

 

 

Jim Marowitz - Sales Manager
Jim brings a wealth of business experience to clients. With a MBA from the University of Washington and a successful business career of more than 25 years owning and running his own business, Jim has the insight to relate and understand a business owners' perspectives. This experience is a valuable resource to advise companies in developing the strategy and strengths to a build a strong benefit brand.
