AAOA HRSupport is a scalable resource available to employers as they operate in today’s changing business environment. Many companies struggle with the increasing requirements because they do not have the resources to have a full time Human Resource department to address all of these new regulations.

 

AAOA HRSupport is designed to support and help employers navigate these changing requirements with scalable solutions. We provide a variety of service levels to allow employers to select the level of support and the monthly subscription price that fits your business.

 

The service starts with an onsite assessment, performed by our certified Human Resource professionals at your business. The assessment is designed to identify the areas where are you are in compliance and the areas that you may need to improve. Once the assessment is complete, our certified HR Professionals review the assessment with you and then help you design a plan to keep you in compliance and maintain compliance throughout the year. As part of the monthly subscription level you choose, our HR professionals will work with you to accomplish the plan created, and be available as a resource for any issues that may arise during the year. With HRSupport, you will have an HR Department on call when you need it.
